Your Site is really excellent and i make maximum use of your site during my trading hours. Me being a website Developer, i would like to suggest that you can built a AUTO REFRESH feauture for your queries page with a time span of min 45 SECs or atleast when the admin user posts a reply. This will really reduce the burden on the users to repeatedly refresh their pages to view your reply.
