having nifty 5700 calls too at the cost of 75 rs. pl advice

sir yesterday you advised me regardig Karturi Global that hold for short to medium term with stop loss 12.50 on closing basis today it closed at 12.30 so should i exit now or hold? i have2145 KGL@ 11.60.

Karuturi Global Limited has informed the Exchange that the Committee of Directors of the Company has met on July 12, 2011 and inter alia transacted the following business: (1) Decided to proceed with the issuance of Global Depository Receipts of up to USD 50,000,000 (including Green Shoe Option) to be listed on the Singapore Stock Exchange (SGX). The proposed GDRs shall be opened for subscription to the prospective subscribers with effect from July 12, 2011.Is this good news for this stock or bad news? does it make any effect on price of kgl share?
