I got 500 shares of aban @ 650 can i book the loss or wait for month?

whats the problem with educomp sol since 2 yr this share after splited is not showing any spark. infact it does not move up fast on good news but it reacts strongly on bad news. Why is it like this have people lost interest in this scrip
