waiting for ONGC to come up...so that i can short.....Delay in FPO might be positive news for it? is it ok to short despite this news?

Aslo, is the ONGC & Titan Industries (after split) is a good bet for 10 yrs horizon? expected rise.

I bought Coal India @ 392 today for intraday
now its @ 380 what i should do sell it on rise ?
if so @ what rate CB I am on huge loss
