hi cb i bought MOIL on listing day at 650 then i averaged it till 350 now i have 12 shares of it , i am in huge loss , planning to swith to relaince industries , pls share your views?

on 19.5.2011 I purched one lot of punjlloyd @56.10 in june series.my broker has debited Rs.5000/ as penalty WITHOUGHT INFORMING TO ME, what is the reason?
