There is this news about Provogue India
"JM Financial Consultants Private Limited has informed that Provogue (India) Limited has announced the Buy-back of its fully paid-up equity shares of the face value Rs.2 each ("equity shares") from the existing owners of equity shares (the "Buy-back") from the open market through stock exchanges. The Company had issued a Public Notice cum Public with respect to the Buy-back. The Company has further issued a Corrigendum to the Public on September 01, 2009. The said Corrigendum has been published in the news paper."
Is it suggested to buy this at CMP ? Will this news trigger a good profit if invested at CMP for short term or we should wait for dips ?

I`m holding Shree Renuka Sugars Ltd which bought on 170 range. Shall I hold for one year term or sell around 220? What could be the target for one year?
