I am planning to book loss in all the penny stocks..like tyche , otin lab , bgil , avon corp,control prints , jasch ...which are not moving up...rather have cost me 50--70% losses...Can I go for HDFC top 200 MF with that money?? or any other?...I really dont think they will move up now...i have already given them enough of time..
