sir , closed at 5438.3 up 17.70 points,,but after that it showing 7.50,,im totally confused,,

Hi sir,
This is Vivek, i have bought Saint- Gobain Seckurit Ltd shares at Rs 40, and now the promoters are delisting the shares outstanding from the BSE, so i would like to know what is the current position of this stock. Is it a good news for the stock price appraisal or need to panic about it. And the company is going to pay Rs 31/- per share, as per the 26 weeks avg highs and lows, this is the floor price fixed. Is it going to be changed and share holders can also reject it right. Please tell me sir. what will happen to this stock.
