Titan Industries will issue bonus shares in the ratio of one equity share for every existing share and go in for a stock split.
Could u please explain......
Kartik, replies: Hi BM, bonus is the same as split, in this case if you had 1 share, after the bonus the price will half, and you will get 2 shares, then the split in the ratio of 1:10, i.e for 2 shares you shall get 20 shares (again the price will be reduced)

Kartik, you're right. but one point of difference is that the face value remains unchanged in case of bonus while in case of split it gets reduced... thats my understanding, correct me if i'm wrong
