can a broker himself cut short the position taken previous day by next day afternoon without intimation to client and without giving him the opportunity to provide more margin thereby causing huge loss or he can only charge int on over position

I have 10 lots of 6000 call at 30 rupees. Now it is 5 rupees. At what price i should sel these. It will come to atleast 15 rupees before expiry!
