As per the analyst report on MOIL "A C Choksi is bullish on MOIL and has recommended buy rating on the stock with a target of Rs 448 in its April 26, 2011 research report." How long it may take to reach the tgt. can I add some more of this stock at cmp in view of this report?

if there is any connection with DOW future¡ and the asian market it react as per the dow future or any other thing to react, what is the correct thing to follow either dow future or any other thing pl kindly specify we have to follow the track.
