Rolta India Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on August 03, 2009, inter alia, has recommended a dividend of Rs 3.00 per share for the year ended June 30, 2009.
Cb what does that mean and Rolta results have come better than expected will theis stock go up today
