At what price should I enter TCI Finance...I have bought 1000 shares and want to sell it around 85,,,Can i see that price next month...or should i Hold on till june end

hi as per my broker berkley gains i was suppose to be charges 125/lot for nifty for both buying and selling however now I am being charged 200/ lot i rasied this with my broker bt no receicing any response or refund from them can youplease suggest me where shoould i riase this compaint with sebi any email id if you can provide meor anyting else.
