I wanted to invest in short to medium term in following items:
Empee Dist, Welspun, Torrent Power and Rolta. Should I enter at CMP in these items ?
Please guide.

For Accel Frontline RSI for 14 days is 65.739. How to determine if its in overbought or oversold territory, CMP for the stock is 53.45
