i have a concern to raise, there was an amount i had put into the NHPC IPO, yesterday i see that approx 14000 has gone out of it...but i dont see any scripts in my deemat account against the money taken..is this a normal procedure 7 when do you think i will ba llotted shares as the listing i understand is on Tuesday..will i get my shares till then??

Hi
This is the first time I have visited your site. I was going through the data provided on the site however I could not understand the Volume Shockers Section. For example Ramsarup Industries on NSE closed with a volume of 162944 whereas the previous day volume was 33360. As per the site it is an increase of 2984%. Could you advise how was this calculated. ? I tried taking 2 weeks average qty also but could not find the answer. Your reply would be highly appreciated.

CB, replies: Hi Sehgal, the script actually used the avg vol of the last 1 month, I have asked the programmer to change it the avg volume of the last 5 days which should be more helpful now..

Chirag, I have three Nifty lots short @ 4666.00
Now, as we can see, there seems to be no fundamental reasoning for the markets to rally, after a continuous upside movemen for a couple of sessions. Now that it has breached the support, do u think it should touch 4800.00. May be as you have said, global cues may decide the trend, but in such a case what should be the strategy?
Averaging out at 4750.00 or above ...?? Pls elaborate.

They shall start oil extraction from the Rajasthan block today...Do u see it as a positive trigger for the stock?
