i have 25000 shares of Cals Refineries Ltd at the rate of Rs.0.42.i am buying these for the long term(10 or 20 years).this is one of my penny stock and i was decided to buy this company when i see its website(www.cals.in)plz you also see.i just want to ask you about its fundamentals, growth, sector, future prospects, targets.simply means this company will survive in the market or delisted soon.what you should do if you buy this company.
    thanks and regards.

Kartik, replies: Hi TARUN, as of now the company has not yet started out its production, its sales are 0, the liabilities and debt of the company is more than 800cr's, would be better to exit it on rise, more depends on how it operates once it managed to line up its sales, it has already reacted to its Dubai news lately

    Hi TARUN,

This company formed in 1994 has not started production yet(even after 17 years).
The promoter holds just 2% of share holding in the company.
    I hope you understood everything.

Kartik, replies: Hi Priyanka, thanks for your views
