sir in the early query u said that renuka sugar posted a weak result but its net profit is 30crore vs 11 crore QoQ ,only its sales down doubled profit then i think it is a good result Please give me ur clarifications
CB, replies: Hi sarath, sales are compared on YoY basis. Profit is lower because they paid Rs 66.40 cr as interest on debt. Net profit of Shree Renuka Sugars declined 84.39% to Rs 30.40 crore in the quarter ended December 2010 as against Rs 194.70 crore during the previous quarter ended December 2009. Sales declined 12.10% to Rs 1101.40 crore in the quarter ended December 2010 as against Rs 1253.00 crore during the previous quarter ended December 2009.
