I brought 60 Ranbaxy shares at 590.
LTP. is 488
I am holding all shares for long term. I can buy some more.
what can u suggest shall i buy more to lower Average price ?
and what time it will take to recover?

Hi roza, Not to worry.. you will be in profit .. as you have sold at higher rate... The price will be of the day, the auction will be done ..ie the 3rd from the day, that you short sold...[there is nothing like average price]
luckily for you prices have fallen the past 2 days .. ..more of profit! ..and will compensate for the penalty..which will be minimum.

Hi roza, its 20% of total amt.. so total amt invested in around 57000. and 20% is 11000. but then you are also in profit of 6400. so total amt you loose would be around 5000rs.

Sir I am holding IBREALEST 250 shares (bought @ 124) . At what level I can average it. I hope it should recover in med. to long term. (6 months / 1 year)

i brought BPCL @618 as the results are down can i hold for 2 or 3 days to reach my price?
CB, replies: Hi pooja, results are quite a bit lower. has strong support at 570. if breaks this level, would advice to enter a 550 put to hedge it.
