i am holding aban at 900... had to hedge it with a put... which is best? can i take abn put... i dont understand why the derivatives are not seeing any movement in aban.. do you think its good to take an aban put?

i wonder why abn 600 put never traded in this series. in spite of the stock moving down with such force, why are the puts not performing? if i take a put, and the stock moves down... is there a possibility tht i still may be at loss coz the put doesnt move? cant just understand why tht is not moving... all puts of aban traded only less than 20-25 contracts in one day
CB, replies: Hi sudss, yes, there are quite a few stocks where their options are not traded or traded with very low volumes. could be because they are not much volatile
