in bseindia.com in wpil at "filing and other information" it mentions that m/s ashutosh enterprises is buying shares (insider trading) through open market
1. does it imply that promotors are increasing their stake??????
2.it may be noted that quantum of buying of shares by m/s ashutosh enterprises is nearly same as the no of shares traded on particular date.
3.Is it a good omen??????
Kartik, replies: Hi manish, no, if a promoter was buying his name would be indicated there, also, the last date when they bought was 20th of Jan, since then the stock has been in a downtrend, would be better to avoid it
