what can be the target of unitech on the downside. can I take a put call of 40(currently at .65) for this month. how would the HNI news on unitech afftect this stock.

1:whats the exact meaning of cosolidation ?
2:Today FII net sold in index future ---, Today FII net buy in index option 200 cror.
Any place from where we can see these options are PUT or CALL ?
