can we short bank stocks tomm as it is sure that rbi will increase the rates?

I have bought ELFORGE LTD @ 28 without any knowledge of that company on a brokers call and so far the biggest mistake i had made til now.Nw the price is @19.95.Shall i exit it from nw or hold for some tym 2 minimize the loss.plz advises\w me..
