I`m holding 125 shares of Shalimar wires.Now it is informed that they are in the process of capital reduction of face value from 10 to 2.what is meant by Capital Reduction.How it will affect in my above qty of shares?

Hi niyaz, yes.. if it does get the license stock could rally by 25-30%. if not then could fall from here. we can enter both a call and a put. one will give good returns
