what is HEDGEin options?how can i do hedge trading& at which level should i enter price?pls with an example@any one stock option? help
CB, replies: Hi dhiva, if you are buy ifci at 58 rs and markets are uncertain, then one can enter a 55 put to hedge. if stock moves lower, then the put will help you gain some money. if stock moves higher, then the stocks you are holding will give you money and put will be at a loss.
