Hi CB, GM, When ever there is a sell call in put ..for ex.. sell SBIN PA2300 .. does that mean it is going to go up..pl?

i had been waiting to enter kalindee at around 155-160 as per your advice. but doesnt look like its going down tht much. what do you suggest? enter it at current levels? or is there any other stock tht looks better before rail budget?
