hi kartik/cb. explain the sentens. Please be informed that all Stock Options will be European Exercise style only from January 2011 Contract onwards in the F&O Segment. Kindly note that European options cannot be exercised (i.e. interim Exercise facility will be discontinued) and the same will be settled only on the closing day of the contract.

In Bse site its mentioned that Indian Hotels Company Ltd giving as Preferential Allotment to Tata Sons Ltd. Shares at a price of Rs. 1 each at a premium of Rs. 102.64 per share aggregating to Rs. 103.64 per share; cmp is 93.75
How much this news affect tomorrow on indian hotels.
