hi cb..how do mkts look tomorrow..do i need to follow a strategy ..exit my longs and enter again...or should i keep holding them pls...

How should we enter in Option contracts, just pay the option price multiplied by nos of stocks in a lot ? and then multiply it with nos of lots ?? am i Correct... can you please explain with an example ? it would be of gr8 help
