Bank of Baroda signs MoU with BBVA
Bank of Baroda has announced that it has entered into a memorandum of understanding with Banco Bilbao Vizcaya Argentaria (BBVA) to form a joint venture of credit card business. Upon regulatory approval, the agreement between both entities will allow BBVA to acquire a 51% stake in the existing credit card subsidiary of Bank of Baroda i.e. Bobcards Ltd.
The MoU was signed by K K Shukla, General Manager of Bank of Baroda and Manuel Galatas, Managing Director, BBVA Asia.
At 3.20 pm, Bank of Baroda was trading at Rs882.65, down by 2.52%, with a volume of 0.83 lakh shares on the BSE.

Kartik,
We stress on holding the shares alloted in IPO's, especially good PSU stocks like REC, COAL, MOIL etc,
However, Coal hit 350 mon first day and MOIL 590 today, Now i think it will take months to reach this level again.
so is it not better to book profits on the first day it self?

Hi anivesh, yes. they are fundamentally very storng companys. its better to book partial at listing and continue to hold the rest.

How r u dear??why indian mkt is down today??us mkt was close in green.how mkt will open tomorow.is there any chance to open high??what will be target for tomorow for HDIL & IBULL???

i didnt enter rcom today as it looked bit weak,instead went short on sbi fut at 2750 levels.little profit at day end but didnt book.wat do u say shall i exit sbi tomorrow or wait fr a lower price by monthend?
