ihad ruchi soya fut @ 142 i sold it @ 86 booked a huge loss plz suggest some other safe bet to cover the loss

Hi CB,
I would like to choose one between Amtek Auto or Amtek India..both are below their book values...which one to prefer and what target can I expect...I can hold for more than 12-15 months
