Kartik, replies: Hi brijesh, The government has decided to implement the Nutrient Based Subsidy (NBS) scheme at reduced rates from the next fiscal year, yhe scheme will see the government reducing subsidy rates by 15-18%, the move is expected to hit complex fertilizer makers, due to which some selling pressure is seem in them in the past few days

derivatives front the Nifty Futures prices ended flat along with an overall addition of open interest and decline in the cost of carry, this is an indication that some shorts were being built at higher levels.
can any body explain me what this means
