Cals Refineries Ltd announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on December 03, 2010, has decided to issue the Postal Ballot Notice seeking the approval of members of the Company for increase of authorized capital and issue, allot GDR/FCCB up to USD1000 million under Section 81(1A) of the Companies Act, 1956.
