hi sir me worried abt t ICICI bought 500@1270 and tatamotors 300@1260 .....now decreasing day by day..... when will t market will settle....

Already lost some 2 lacs in Nov futures. Now again i have bought pantaloon @ 406 dec series again going down. What target should be looked at and will it help to few of cover my losses??
