Is FII started buying and if so what is your opinion for market ?

One more thing,
I had Polyplex @ 650, now its 696, and garware poly @ 281 now 174
should i hold or exit?
since i am already late as they have come down a lot?

HI CB
Have any idea whn the shares of POWERGRID FPO will be credited. I heard that the trading of new shares is to start from 26th November.
At What level of Nifty should one start to buy is it 5850 or should one wait for a much bigger fall to 5650 (Though it might now fall upto 5650, at least not in this expiry)
