hi sir ... march 2010 end wipro has given 300% dividend and in june 2010 given bonus 2:3 ...... could u explain me this sir..... thank u.... because i have bought 400 shares @450 but now its 415 so can i leave it for one yr.. will i get good profit?? thank u sir...

Hello SIR: I have SE Investments its shooting up sharply today. Please explain me the below article
"S.E. Investments Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on November 19, 2010, inter alia, unanimously approved the draft Scheme of Arrangement / Demerger between M/s S. E. Investments Ltd ("Transferor Company") and M/s S. E. Power Limited (Transferee Company) and their respective shareholders, creditors and fixed deposit holders pursuant to the provisions of Sections 391 to 394 of the Companies Act. 1956.
The Scheme of Arrangement will result in demerger of Non-Conventional Energy Division from the Transferor Company and transferring it to the Transferee Company. The swap ratio approved for the purpose of demerger is 1:1 i.e. Transferee Company will issue and allot 405,600,000 fully paid equity shares of Rs. 1/- each to the shareholders of Transferor Company - M/s S. E. Investments Ltd. as on record date fixed fair the same.
The aforesaid decision of Board is subject to approval by the members of these Companies, the Honble High Court and other competent authorities, if any".
