Holding HPCL 20@ 551. cmp 444. Down by Rs22. Will it recover If so how long will it take? or how far it can go down or up?

guide me when a buy back comes is it worth going to purchase that shares
as for now deccan chornicle holding buy back offer is 180 through open market and its trading at 120 what to do
similarly sasken buy back startting in dec biy back offer 228 - ltp-177
navin flourin buy back 400 in jan now going down 280
what to do

hows thomas cook a big deal happen but yet it didi not run up and ended at 65
hows oricon entriprise good for shrot term upto -400 {ltp360} can it go up
