Today QIB has subscribed heavily in powergrid fpo.is this reason for today downfall?.Same tokeplace @lastday of CIL qib subscription date.or is this real downtrend?.

I dont apply for CIL ipo ,since market corrected heavily during its subscription.Missed good chance.Real story is QIB took cash from secondary market and have subscribed into it..So all QIB pulled cash from stocks and subscribed into it.
Is same story going on ?.
Shall I apply for powergrid,if I go to sell on listing day itself in profit ?.
think if powergrid will make good listing,our market will touch life time high .
