Those who had bought the Stock at 28.50, their buying price now is 19.15, with the bonus shares
Update: There’s been a stock split in Vishal Info in the ratio 2:1 on Aug 6th ’09, those who had bought two stocks at 28.50, now their buying price is 19.10 for 3 shares. i.e If you had 100 stocks at 28.50, now you hold 150 shares at an avg price of 19.1 per/share.

Hi Karthik,
I purchased 250 shares @ 29.95 on 05/08/2009 13:40:31. I am aware the stock has split and i am supposed to have been having 375 and bonus shares will get credited into my account.
Please suggest me that if i have bought before stock split or after stock split?
If Yes, can i sell 250 Quantity @ cmp?

Hi abhishek, the bounus shares will be in your a/c in week or so, if you sell today, then too you will be eligible for the bonus
Hi Mai, you will get the bonus shares in your a/c in a week or so, yes you can sell the shares currently that you have in your a/c

i purchased Vishal info on 4th aug (820 shares @ 29)but i still never get my bonus shares. when will i get it? or if i sell my 820 shares now @CMP. will i get bonus shares after that. or i have to hold it to get bonus shares?
whats the target if i hold for this week?why its falling today?

Hi sunitha, the bonus shares will be credited to your a/c within a week or so, yes you can sell your 820 shares now.
Hi Rajesh, markets seem very volatile now, and is facing some selling pressure because of low monsoon and Swine flu, Hold it for some more time, If you wish to book profits you can go ahead with that and then sell the bonus shares after few days once they are credited to your a/c
