Hi Bapan, it has strong support at 12.. below this it can touch 9.. Not sure of it fundamentally..

Subject: Crompton Greaves Board approves Buy Back & Interim Dividend
Announcement: Crompton Greaves Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its Meeting held on March 24, 2009, inter alia, has approved the following :
1. Buy Back of Shares :
Buy-back of fully paid Equity Shares of Rs 2/- each, from the open market through the Stock Exchanges, at a price not exceeding Rs 170/- per share, upto an amount of Rs 2241.52 million, being 25% of the total Paid-Up Capital plus Free Reserves as per the audited Balance Sheet of the Company for the year ended March 31, 2008.
The buy-back of Equity Shares is subject to approval of Members through the Postal Ballot method and other Regulatory formalities.
2. Dividend
Declaration of an interim dividend of 25% i.e. Rs.0.50 per share.
So do you think it can go to 150 atleast
