Jaguar China sales rise 60%…Tata Motors stk up
Sales of its Land Rover vehicles rose 40% to 1,780 units. Sales of Tata Motors Ltd.’s Jaguar cars in China rose 60% from a year earlier to 352 units in the first quarter. While sales of its Land Rover vehicles rose 40% to 1,780 units, Christopher Brown, China managing director for the two brands, told said.
Shares of Tata Motors have surged by over 4% to Rs245 after hitting an intra-day high of Rs249 and an intra-day low of Rs231 recording volumes of over 4.1mn shares on NSE.
