Shares of Dish TV have plunged by over 11% to Rs47.7 after the promoter of the company offloaded ~65.88mn shares of the company on the BSE and the NSE at average price of Rs49 per share.

The shares were transacted in 10 transactions and the stake offloaded represent ~6.96% of the company’s share capital.
