the scam of Satyam is beyond the thought as how can such deeds be generated by intellectual person like Raju? There may be truth uncovered . Besides, he dared declaring everything of his own in writing , mentioning he is the only person responsible for the entire episode - have not charged anyone - assured staff to keep patience and maintain normal harmony for the work ! So question arise to my mind what could be the situation prevailed , which has generated such events for the person who had won the gold medal for good governance! Of course , financial aspects do not review the emotion , but his not deviating from any statotory norms and camoflage the legal provision for what reason? SURPRIZING TRUTH MAY UNEARTH I GUESS

Hi ANIL SHAH, Yes, its saddening.. This is one reason why Raju wanted to merge Maytas. Maytas understated profits where as Satyam overstated them. He could have got away with this mess if Shareholders would have allowed the merger with Maytas.. Since this did not happen he could not continue putting his money forever and truth had to come out.. Its good for him that he told it as by doing this he would not be penalized as hard if people found out the truth the other way.
