Quality Registrars of KPMG carried out this assessment at TAKE Solutions Ltd. in Chennai. Level 3 PCMM assessments signifies that TAKE Solutions has a well established process infrastructure for Managing Competency Based People Practices and is driven by senior management’s strong vision and commitment towards People and People Processes.

This Level 3 assessment guarantees our customers that competent individuals are working on their projects and which would mean good quality and timely deliverables.

The PCMM consists of five maturity levels that establish foundation for improving individual competencies, developing effective teams, motivating improved performance, and shaping the workforce of the organization that is necessary to be successful in its future business endeavours. Each maturity level is a well-defined framework that instils new capabilities for developing the organization’s workforce. By following the maturity framework, an organization can introduce workforce practices that are easy for its employees to implement effectively.

Mr. K.K. Raman, Director, KPMG said that “Effective People Process infrastructure was observed. The responses from employees generally indicated deployment and usage of TAKEs people policies. TAKE Solutions has strong competency framework and this assessment would further strengthen their People Processes.”

The Level 3 rating took 16 to 24 months of intense implementation of practices and 4 weeks of onsite evaluation performed by a trained Assessment team. The Assessment team was led by Mr. K.K. Raman, Director, KPMG.
