Simplex Infra bags order from Tata Power & DVC JV Co
Simplex Infrastructures Ltd., one of India’s leading infrastructure solutions providers, today, has announced bagging of order worth Rs. 481 crore for civil work for 1050 MW Maithon Thermal Power Project from the Joint Venture Company between Tata Power and DVC. The project is scheduled for completion in two and a half years.
Simplex Infrastructures’ order book as on date stands at Rs.8994 crores including the value of unexecuted orders as of September 30, 2007 and the new orders received since then till date.
Commenting on this, Mr. Amitabh Das Mundhra, Director, Simplex Infrastructures Ltd. said, “We are proud to be associated with Tata Power and DVC’s JV Company for this significant project. It further fortifies our diverse business portfolio. We aim to leverage on our rich experience and expertise in power sector to complete this project in the scheduled time period.”
