In a move to offer a world-class data and voice experience to CDMA customers, Reliance Communications Ltd. (RCOM) and Research In Motion (RIM) today announced the launch of the BlackBerry® Curve™ 8330 smartphone in India.

Starting 8th July 2008, Reliance Communications customers across India are able enjoy the option of choosing this new sleek and stylish high-speed smartphone that offers a powerful combination of communications and multimedia capabilities. Offering a user-friendly design, the BlackBerry Curve 8330 is the smallest and lightest full QWERTY BlackBerry® handset and comes with RIM’s intuitive trackball navigation system. It features a 2 megapixel camera, advanced multimedia capabilities and premium phone features along with the sophisticated BlackBerry platform which supports access to email, messaging and other mobile applications. With the new BlackBerry Curve 8330 smartphone, users can easily stay connected to work, family and friends while on the go. The feature-rich BlackBerry Curve 8330 smartphone from Reliance is priced at INR 25990.
