Net4’s PAT surges 44.4% in Q1FY09
Net4 India Ltd, a leading IP Communications Services and Solutions Company, today reported a consolidated quarterly profit after tax (PAT) of Rs. 2.61 Cr for the first quarter of the financial year 2009, up 44.4 % from the sequential quarter and 3.9% from the year- ago quarter. Also, there has been a increase of 17.2% in the standalone PAT of Rs. 1.95 Cr as against Rs. 1.66 Cr in the corresponding quarter the year –ago.
The Consolidated quarterly revenues of the Company stood at Rs. 43.21 Crore, marking an increase of 11.9 Percent over previous quarter and 35.8 percent on QoQ basis. Consolidated EBIDTA of Rs. 9.28 Cr grew 25% over previous quarter and 11.2% on a QoQ basis
The Consolidated basic and diluted earnings per share (EPS) stood at Rs. 1.56 for the reporting quarter ended 30th June’ 2008.
Speaking on the results, Net4 Chairman and MD Jasjit Sawhney, said “I am satisfied with our results, as the corresponding quarter last year was a period of significant growth and we continue to grow even from that point.
Our Various service lines have shown consistently strong growth momentum. Hosted MS Exchange and Managed services launched in the last quarter have been well received by our customers and should begin reflect in our numbers through the coming quarters. Our strategy to focus continuously on expanding our customer base through value added application and network services has delivered the desired results and built a strong foundation for future growth.”
