M&C Saatchi wins mandate for Franklin Templeton brand comm

M&C Saatchi India, the Indian arm of the UK-based advertising agency, has won yet another prestigious client: Franklin Templeton Investments. This comes after the recent acquisition of two new accounts, Apollo Tyres and Glitz Stargaze (a TV18 venture).

M&C Saatchi India will be responsible for all brand related communications of Franklin Templeton Investments, including new fund offerings and product launches. In the crowded Mutual Funds space, M&C Saatchi’s primary objective is to give the Franklin Templeton brand a distinctive appeal and unique positioning. Kamal Oberoi, Chairman & Managing Director, M&C Saatchi India, said, “The Franklin Templeton brand intends creating a new thrust in the investments market. This requires mapping an insightful strategic direction for the brand and formulating an engaging creative expression. The race to win this account has been very exciting and we hope to infuse fresh ideas and new energy into the brand.”
