L&T South City Projects Limited (L&T SCPL) is launching “Eden Park” – an integrated township off Old Mahabalipuram Road, Chennai, on January 18, 2008.L&T SCPL is a joint venture between L&T Urban Infrastructure Limited, Dinesh Ranka & Associates, and Pragnya Trustee & Investment Management Company.. – a partnership, who has the experience, insights, competencies and technology to develop a project of this magnitude.

Eden Park, which is coming up behind SIPCOT layout in Siruseri, Chennai, is spread over nearly 100 acres and will be developed in 4 to 5 phases. The 1st phase will be developed over 14 acres with 656 apartment units. Aesthetically designed, it will have 8 blocks with 14 floors each of villapartments comprising 2 and 3 bedroom dwelling units.

The township will have residential apartments, villas, one of the best schools of Chennai, essential services, healthcare facilities and shopping mall/arcade. It will meet all community needs and also provide the best of amenities to the residents.

Eden Park will be built with ‘villaparment’ concept – the privacy, luxury and independence of a villa and the convenience, cost-effective maintenance and security of an apartment.

This project is being designed and constructed by ECC, the Construction Division of L&T –the largest construction organization in India. ECC has built many mega projects and outstanding structures over a span of seven decades with highest quality standards.

HOK, a US based design consultant with global presence has developed the master layout of this project.

L&T SCPL will draw on L&T’s traditional strengths, wide ranging experience and expertise to execute large projects of this magnitude.
