Flytxt launches Neon mobile platform in India
Flytxt, a pioneer in mobile advertising and marketing solutions, has launched its innovative software platform Neon in India. The platform created by Flytxt’s UK and India technology teams unlocks the value in mobile databases for marketers who reach their customers through the mobile channel.
Announcing this today, Flytxt CEO Tim Williams said, “Indian marketers and telecom service providers will now have access the same technology that has delivered results for FMCG companies, mobile operators, music companies and the world’s most popular airlines.
“These companies have successfully run mobile campaigns using Flytxt’s robust, scalable, technology – powerful technology that starts with beaming targeted, personalized mobile messages all the way to tracking the responses,” adds CEO Tim Williams, who brings over 20 years of management skills in companies including IBM and Intel.
The decision to launch in India is a result of the overwhelming market feedback to Neon in India. India’s carriers and mobile content service providers have truly adopted mobile media for their marketing and are looking for the next generation technology to transition from just messaging to truly personalized and targeted consumer marketing communication based on demographics and behavior.

Tim Williams also announced the appointment of Sanjit Chatterjee as Flytxt’s Director Global Sales based in Delhi. Sanjit has wide experience of working with India’s leading Mobile Value Added Service provider Times Internet, Net4India and IT training giant NIIT.

On Sanjit Chatterjee’s appointment Tim Williams added, “We are happy to have Sanjit in our executive team – his experience in mobile domain and his energy and drive will have a major impact on our sales in India and around the world.”
