Cosmo Films Limited, one of the market leaders in manufacturing & exporting of BOPP Films in India announced their FY ending results with total income of Rs. 591.38 crore for the Financial year ending March 31st, 2008

Q4 FY 2008 Financial Performance (compared with Q4 FY 2007)

• Total Income improves 6.4 % to Rs. 147.30 crore from Rs. 138.4 crore

• PBIDT increases 42.3% to Rs. 30.67 crore from Rs. 21.55 crore

• PAT grows 53.5% to Rs. 14.75 crore from Rs 9.61 crore

• EPS better at Rs. 7.59 from 4.94

• Total Income improves 9.5 % to Rs. 591.38 crore from Rs. 539.88 crore

• PBIDT increases 38.4% to Rs. 99.00 crore from Rs. 71.55 crore

• PAT grows 79.3% to Rs. 44.50crore from Rs 24.82 crore

• EPS better at Rs. 22.89 from 12.77

Commenting on the company’s performance, Mr. Ashok Jaipuria, Chairman and Managing Director, Cosmo Films Ltd said “The Company has shown robust growth in 2007-08 with increase in PAT margins by 79.3%.
