BSE to discontinue F&O contracts on 5 Stocks & FMCG Index
The Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) will discontinue F&O contracts on Aptech, Hindustan Zinc, Mahanagar Telephone Nigam, Oracle Financial Services Software, Power Finance Corporation and BSE FMCG Index.
532475 – Aptech
500188 – Hindustan Zinc
500108 – Mahanagar Telephone Nigam
532466 – Oracle Financial Services Software
532810 – Power Finance Corporation
BSE FMCG Index
Derivatives contracts for the far month i.e. August 2009, will not be introduced on underlyings/ Index mentioned above upon expiry of May 2009 contract i.e. on May 28, 2009. Also, no fresh contracts would be issued thereafter in respect of the above mentioned underlying scrips and Index.
The existing June 2009 and July 2009 contracts for the above mentioned stocks would however continue to trade till they expire on the last Thursday of their respective months.
