Blue Star bags Rs 8cr order
The Airports Authority of India (AAI) has awarded Blue Star an order for the total airconditioning works and Building Management System at the new integrated terminal building of Aurangabad airport valued at Rs. 8.1 crore.
At Aurangabad airport, the approximate area to be airconditioned is 1.9 lakh sq. ft. Blue Star’s scope of work includes supply and installation of airconditioning systems of 1200TR comprising water cooled screw chillers, pumps, cooling towers, air handling units, ducting, piping and grilles, amongst others. The scheduled completion time for the project is December 2008.The Company has also bagged many other airport projects at Ahemdabad, Trivandrum, Mangalore, Nagpur, Jaipur, Amritsar, Khajuraho, Varanasi, Madurai, Dehradun, Pune, in addition to Aurangabad- together valued at Rs 74 crores.
